hey...

recently, i took the ACT as a part of a local program for 7th, 8th, and 9th graders (it doesn't really count towards anything, but it allows us to see where we stand academically, and it also gives us an opportunity to make ourselves known to organizations that offer scholarships). i just recieved my score in the mail today! i got a 29... which isn't amazing (thank god i have another chance to take it my junior or senior year), but i still get to attend an awards ceremony next month for the students who recieved notably high scores. im pumped!

in other news... i FINALLY finished my starry night mural! it took much longer than i expected (because i ended up painting two walls instead of one), and i am incredibly relieved that it's done. i also painted another mural for my school recently... it was part of a nine new health fair we hosted. hopefully i will have both murals posted here on deviantart sometime this week... i just have to remember to bring my camera to school. haha.
